How long will it take to receive my item?

Standard shipping will arrive in 3-5 Days upon placing your order. Upgraded shipping to Priority Mail will arrive in 2-3 Days. International shipments will arrive in 3-7 Days.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, Elias's Journey will send you a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.
Can I modify or cancel my order?

An order cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

Our system is not able to add inventory onto an existing order. A new, separate order needs to be placed.



How can my child become a brand rep for Elias’s Journey?

Currently Elias’s Journey only selects brand reps who are true fans of the company, having promoted the brand through various social media channels including Facebook & Instagram. Brand reps have demonstrated their ability to promote Elias’s Journey clothing and accessories in well-lit, high-quality photos. Elias’s Journey selects children randomly from those who have purchased items from our store and tagged us in photos which feature our products.
